Regeneration of the management team with a view to the future

Esteve Espuña joined the family-based multinational in 2014 after a series of career experiences abroad, working for Samsung in Korea, and at home, where he held positions of responsibility at companies such as Draco Systems, the electronics design engineering firm.

The projects that form part of the new mid-term strategic plan include consolidating Espuña’s leadership in the Sliced Cured Ham market, with a firm commitment to packaging sustainability, and developing the cooled ready meal business. Finally, it will reinforce the company’s growth in strategic export countries such as France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada.
