BRC (British Retail Consortium)

This is the world food safety standard established by the main commercial associations of the United Kingdom. It is based on ISO principles and the Analysis of Dangers and Critical Control Points (Spanish initials: APPCC) system during the production process stages. We have had this certification at Espuña since 1999.

IFS (International Food Standard)

IFS (International Food Standard)

Food safety standard developed by business associations in Germany, France, and Italy. This certification is also used as a food safety standard in Austria, Poland, Spain, and Switzerland. We have had this certification at Espuña since 2007.

GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative)

GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative)

Both of these standards are recognized internationally by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). They are audited by accredited and well qualified certification bodies, as well as by authorized auditors.
