Characteristic color from pink to purplish red in part lean and shiny appearance of the fat. Not dry on the outside. Delicate flavor, slightly salty and pleasant and characteristic aroma. Homogeneous and slightly fibrous texture. Hand placed. Very thin slices. Easy-opening transparent thermoformed packaging. Packing system which allows the entire product to be seen. Easily separable slices.
